COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the De-sta-co Robohand PST-5-12 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dranetz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Deutschmann-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Det-Tronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dranetz such as the 626PA6006 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ARTNO manufactured by Deutschmann-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Deutschmann-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EQ730DW by Manufacturer Det-Tronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dmg-Mori Brand 77358A7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dwyer-Instruments such as A3001 equipment made by Dwyer-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dwyer-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dwyer-Instruments" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GLSPD291018 made by Duff-norton as well as the popular 009174003 original spares produced by Det-tronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MELBB00A20BAA by Duff-norton and A3001 spares by Dwyer-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E54449A02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dmg-Mori. |
